Our client is a busy specialist supplier of complex print-and-mail solutions for corporate, government and institutional clients, located in the inner Sydney metropolitan area. Their clients also include ad agencies and design studios involved in the direct-marketing value-chain.
They design and produce mailing campaigns and can put “the whole package” together by organising the entire print-and-mail project – from inception to mailing. Their client list includes many well-known companies from all aspects of industry, retailing and commerce – anyone who needs mailing.
You will play a key role in their busy customer service department, liaising with clients, and being an important “hub” between sales and production. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in either direct mailing or direct marketing.
This is an exciting and varied role, and your responsibilities will include -
- raising job-tickets and purchase-orders
- providing support and back-up to the sales-force
- monitoring stock and re-order levels
- general admin roles, hence a good knowledge of office software would be useful.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Exceptional phone manner and presentation skills are essential as you’ll be dealing with professional marketers and purchasers from a wide range of corporate backgrounds.
For the right candidate package may exceed $45K (plus super).
