About the Role

mmw3degrees has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Print Operator. We are currently looking for candidates with experience in variable data printing (VDP) who are keen to join our fast-paced collaborative environment. Working closely with the Print and Production team, you will be responsible for the processing, development and maintenance of jobs in accordance with client briefs and expectations, you will liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple departments throughout your day, so good communication skills are important. 

Applicants must have digital printing experience, the ability to problem solve and work under pressure and possess the ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of variable data printing jobs and in accordance with client briefs and expectations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding job briefs and progress.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept up to date.
  • Maintain quality output.
  • Follow all procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and experience

  • Preferred minimum 3 to 5 years experience in commercial digital printing.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
  • Experience with, colour and mono printing on Xerox devices preferred.
  • Mail House experience is highly desirable.
  • Current forklift licence favourable but not essential.
