If so….we need you, to support further growth in the business!  Envelope Experts is a B2B supplier of Printed Envelope & Mail solutions.  We have a broad customer base, and are looking to expand our market share and product/service offering.   You will play a key role in maintaining existing customer relationships, as well as developing new opportunities with prospective customers.  You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the business owner in brainstorming and developing Sales, Marketing & Growth strategies moving forward.

Inbound Responsibilities:

  • Primary liason for incoming Customer phone & email enquiries
  • Routine Quoting & Estimating to meet customer needs
  • Validating & entering customer orders

Proactive/Outbound Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through followup
  • Proactively target & seek out opportunities with new potential customers
  • Help maintain and develop new & improved Sales Systems & Processes
  • Contribute to business Marketing efforts and Growth strategies

Skills, Experience & Traits Required:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
  • Previous experience in the Printing or Direct Mail Marketing Industries
  • Demonstrated experience following/developing effective Sales Systems & Processes
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (both typed and hand written)
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • A proactive & logical “Can Do” attitude towards solving everyday business problems
  • Demonstrated Initiative – anticipating what needs to happen (rather than waiting to be told)
