WOMEN IN PRINT BREAKFAST VENUES

Women in Print has revealed the venues for its Breakfast Series 2024 that will take place across Australia in seven capital cities, starting on 30 April and concluding on 8 May.

Hobart is included again, and Canberra will host an event for the first time. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth will also host the Breakfast Series, with the Brisbane event moved to a new larger venue to accommodate growing numbers.

The series will launch in Perth and conclude Brisbane across two weeks. Keynote speaker is Christina Bruce, speaker, author, leader, and sales trainer with extensive corporate experience. The keynote activity is titled 'don’t just think outside of the box, build a better box'. She has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing.

The Series kicks off at the historic riverside landmark, Pagoda Resort & Spa. Situated within the vibrant City of South Perth, Pagoda Resort & Spa overlooks Perth's iconic Swan River.

• The Lion Hotel – Adelaide – Wednesday 1 May, 7am
  161 Melbourne St, North Adelaide

In Adelaide, the series will be held at The Lion Hotel, an heritage-listed building from the 1880s with a modern, contemporary interior, offering an award-winning restaurant, stylish bar, and friendly casual dining.

• Parkroyal Monash – Melbourne – Thursday 2  May, 8am

The Parkroyal Monash Melbourne is located at the heart of Melbourne's science, medical, education and research hub, with easy access to the CBD and surrounding regions.

• Room for a Pony – Hobart (TAS) – Monday 6 May, 7.15am

With a redesigned cafe area, generous alfresco space, and an extensive beverage range, RFAP sets the scene for a morning of collaboration and enhancing capabilities.

Sydney’s breakfast will be hosted at Waterview in Bicentennial Park in the geographic centre of the city, offering modern elegance with tranquil park and lake views.

• Conference Centre - Instant Colour Press – Canberra ­– Tuesday 7 May, 7:30am

The expansion into Canberra marks a significant milestone for Women in Print, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to fostering professional development for women in the industry. The Canberra event will be hosted at Instant Colour Press, while the Sydney Breakfast is live streamed.

• Blackbird Bar & Restaurant – Brisbane – Thursday 8 May, 7:30am
  Riverside Centre, 123 Eagle St, Brisbane City

Attendees will gather in Brisbane at Blackbird Bar & Restaurant, one of Brisbane’s most iconic riverside venues, with sweeping views of the Brisbane River, from the Story Bridge down to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
