I have a strong management, sales, marketing and accounting skill set with the ability to drive continual growth. With my experience in management and a proven track record of negotiation and new business development I have shown that I am capable of selling, having financial responsibilities (including cost management) as well as managing a sales team and a business.

As the Executive General Manager (Qld) for the McMillan Group I played a pivotal role within the organisation and had responsibility for 100% of Queensland activity
(over $15m). With a strong sales, financial and leadership focus I executed contract arrangements to supply a solution rather than products to large blue-chip companies (e.g. Suncorp, GIO and Oaks Group) as well as government departments (e.g. Main Roads, QR and Emergency Services) and aggressively drove and promoted sales through the improvement of target marketing and identification of opportunities with-in existing contract clients in conjunction with the account management and administration team.

This role, reported to the Directors in Sydney, and included tender writing and board presentations as part of a national team, the overseeing of sales, marketing and administration staff, with responsibility for all financial reporting and cash flow, management of existing and new products/services and customers as well as the general daily running of the office.
