Printing business owners looking to purchase a new vehicle over the Easter break will be able to do so a lot cheaper if it’s a Volkswagen and they are a Printing Industries member. Savings of up to 10 per cent are now available to members through any VW dealership in Australia.

Joe Kowalewski, national director of communications and marketing for Printing Industries, said members could potentially save thousands of dollars off the cost of passenger and commercial vehicles.

“This member benefit is one of the first to be made available through our new Buying Group which will be launched on 13 April. A dedicated website is in the final stages of construction and will provide members with a growing range of money saving services designed to improve the bottom line of their business.

“Our pilot benefit, free energy contract audits to help our members reduce energy costs, have proven very popular with businesses of all sizes since being made available earlier this year,” he said.

The Volkswagen Corporate Program is available only to full and financial members of Printing Industries.

“Vehicles will need to be registered in your company’s name and a membership confirmation letter must be supplied to the dealer by Printing Industries confirming your membership and financial status. All you need to do is let your dealer know you are a Printing Industries Association of Australia member to receive your discount pricing.

“When you are ready to purchase, e-mail your request and your dealer’s contact information to and we will send the confirmation letter for you after we verify your company’s current financial membership,” he said.
