DRUPA TECHNOLOGY VIDEO: KONICA MINOLTA
Konica Minolta had one of the biggest stands at drupa, and launched a host of new technologies in digital print and embellishing, all in a SmartFactory layout.
The 2400sqm Konica Minolta stand has no less than 20 new products on show, all designed around the principles of innovation, ease of use, and sustainability.
The company has launched a new 6000sph version of its B2 digital inkjet sheetfed press the AccurioJet 60000. It is also releasing AlphaJet, a new MGI digital embellishing system, and it has its own AccurioShine 3600 digital embellisher on the stand. There is also a new square spined booklet maker from Plockmatic for its cutsheet toner-based digital print systems on the stand.
On the stand, Andy Cocker, sales manager form Konica Minolta Australia, outlines the new developments to Print21 editor Wayne Robinson, and says why they are important for print businesses.
