Held in Melbourne from 30-31 August at the RMIT Brunswick campus, the conference brings together international speaker Sandee Cohen, a university graphics teacher who has an advertising background, with Australian speakers including Mike McHugh; Carl Jansen; Noha Edell and Michael Stoddart. Stoddart said that he will be speaking about future directions in Adobe software and looked forward to participating.

Barry Anderson, international organiser of the InDesign conference said that it will be an invigorating way of bringing the issues which InDesign users face to life.

“Books, classroom training and in house training are all great ways to learn InDesign,” he said. “However, the reason to go to the InDesign user conference is because it is the place to be if you are a user or an expert. Nothing can replace talking face to face with other users to see what they are doing, to see what experts from around the world are doing and what they see in terms of trends.”
