Table bookings for this year’s 22nd National Print Awards, held in conjunction with PacPrint in Melbourne, are now open.

The National Print Awards recognises excellence in all facets of print, prepress and finishing in the Australian graphic arts industry, and is a premier event not to be missed. In an industry first, this year’s awards will be held on May 25 during PacPrint week at Melbourne’s Crown Casino.

All gold-medal and sponsored award winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony and dinner in the Palladium Room, little more than a short riverside stroll away from the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre where PacPrint is being held. All medallists will be displayed at PacPrint for the duration of the exhibition, allowing the winners to draw an optimum audience for their work.

Due to an anticapted strong demand for tables, National Print Awards chairman Alf Carrigan (pictured right) urges people to secure their place as soon as the bookings open in order to avoid disappointment. “Tables of ten will be allocated in order of booking, so it is strongly advised to book early,” says Carrigan. “Let’s make this historic 22nd National Print Awards a memorable highlight of PacPrint week!”

Registration forms need to be submitted by the booking deadline of May 11. Those wishing to be added to the guest list can visit to obtain a registration form, or alternatively email for further information. Registration forms should be printed out and faxed to the National Print Awards headquarters on (03) 9819 6292.
