CURRIE GROUP TO HOST PRINT FOR THE PLANET
Currie Group is hosting a new event for the industry, the Print for the Planet Forum, which will focus on the hot topic of sustainability in print.
Held in partnership with HP and Dscoop, the Print for the Planet Forum will enable printers taking part to explore how HP’s Print OS Sustainability Amplifier Programme is equipping print businesses with tools to drive what HP says is ‘real change.’
HP will also share its corporate sustainability goals, and their beneficial impact on the print industry.
The event will also see Dscoop – the HP Indigo user group – will share its latest industry initiatives, and reveal what’s in store at the upcoming Dscoop Edge, which is running in California in May.

Print for the Planet Forum will take place in Auckland from 4-6pm on Thursday 6 March, at the Currie Group Demonstration Centre, Unit E, 19 Orbit Drive, Albany. Refreshments will be provided.
Presenters at the event will include Kelvin Gage, Dscoop Global Board member & global supply chain manager, hyble; Olivier West: HP Sustainability HP sustainability customer success manager; Matt Mills, director Fuzed, and Dscoop NZ chairman; Daniel Blau, solutions manager at HP Indigo.

The Dsccop Edge takes place from 14-17 May in Longbeach. Skateboard legend Tony Hawk, award-winning entrepreneur Daymond John, and HP executive Antonio Lucio, will take the stage at different times during the event, to share their best ideas and vibes at the conference, which organiser says is designed to energise, support and educate the growing Dscoop community to discover new opportunities to thrive in the digital print space.
