Northwood said, “The AGM is an opportunity for members to understand the financial management of the prior year, but also the future investment and focus of the association, we welcome all to attend.”

The VMA says the 2023 financials reflect a “strong performance” to revenue growth. It says consolidating the two associations (PVCA and TRMC) from the 2022 merger is reflected in the 2023 financials, realising a 167 per cent revenue increase.

Overall membership growth, including merged member de-duplication realised 8 per cent, or 12 per cent direct, new membership.

A quorum across the country is required to accept the financials with national representation across each state. Members can log in to the website and access a copy of the statutory financial statements to be presented by the board at the meeting via the members lounge: www.visualmediaassociation.org.au/member-lounge.
