Customer Product Support

Roland DG is looking for a motivated, self-sufficient and experienced person, with aptitude to support end users and provide full diagnosis of customer support issues, to fulfill the role of Customer Product Support to wide format printing products.
You will be joining a dynamic team located on the Northern Beaches, operating in Australia for over twenty years.

This is an office based support role responsible for providing technical and software telephone support and general print related assistance on Roland products, in-house repairs, demonstrations and training on equipment.

Job Skills

  • Experience in a customer technical support role preferable
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive customer support to fruition
  • Positive attitude in dealing with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
  • Windows/Macintosh design application knowledge


  • Understanding of electronics
  • Computer networking knowledge favourable
  • Understanding of colour management
  • Hands-on printing (digital or offset) experience
  • Familiarity with RIP applications
  • Graphic Design, familiar with adobe creative suites, Corel or other similar design Software
  • Sign Writing or wide format digital print industry experience
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with internet and email applications
