We are now seeking a real “people person” to join our team as our Bindery Assistants Team Manager for Melbourne.

This is a challenging and rewarding role which involves a balance between customer service, recruitment and production.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our team of bindery assistants, bench hands and despatch workers for supply to our clients located throughout Melbourne.

You will need to build close relationships with these companies based on your honesty, reliability and good communication as they will rely on you to source good quality fulltime and casual staff for their bindery departments on a regular basis.

Thorough training in recruitment will be provided.
