Due to significant growth over the last few years Print Bound is seeking a highly motivated person to supervise the daily operation of our Customer Service Department. 


Print Bound is Australia’s leading environmentally friendly printing company and has state of the art printing and finishing capabilities.  Also it has a Graphic design and photography studio that enhances their unique offering.

In this highly driven and fast paced environment you will be mainly responsible for motivating the team to achieve defined objectives, developing and mentoring in a team environment, maintaining strong relationships with sales staff and external customers, order tracking and production of reports for clients

To be the successful applicant you will need to have

  • Previous experience in a customer service supervisory role

  • Excellent communication both written and oral

  • A high attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Most importantly we are hoping to attract a person that has a print background that can proactively provide knowledge to our client base.
