AO5 Salary Range: $65,505 to $74,717

AO4 Salary Range: $54,026 to $58,974

This is an ongoing Canberra-based position.

The opportunity we offer: Increasing internal demands have resulted in our printing team growing in size and capability. As such we are seeking a suitably qualified printer to enhance our team.

Members of our small team enjoy working together to produce high quality printed and digital products including; brochures, reports, stationery, newsletters, and forms.

As a printing team member, you will provide technical advice and assistance to key clients. Liaison with publishers and contractors will be required. You will also assist in the scheduling and maintenance of printing production equipment including; conventional press, digital printing equipment, publication repositories and related software upgrades.
We will offer you a range of interesting and varied printing jobs as well as support in training and further development. This role operates on a flexible work cycle, with standard working hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

The person we need: Your trade qualification will be backed by experience in operating small offset printing presses. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist you to professionally deliver essential printing needs to the Organisation. An ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
Qualifications: A relevant trade qualification is required.

Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens.

Working conditions: Employment is under the ASIO Act 1979. Conditions of service are similar to those applying in the Australian Public Service. Salary packaging arrangements are available.
