As an integral member of our Southern Region Customer Support Team, this position is responsible for effectively carrying out training, demonstrations and installations of Heidelberg equipment. In addition this role will provide technical support for equipment and effectively manage and maintain customer relationships for internal and external customers in conjunction with key stakeholders; providing a high level of advice and ensuring a professional, consultative approach is used to develop customer solutions.

The successful candidate will have a well established career within the printing industry, with sound experience using a variety of Heidelberg printing presses. Solid problem solving and demonstration skills along with excellent interpersonal skills, well developed communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong commitment to internal and external customer service are fundamental to this role. You will possess a current drivers licence, computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Software suite along with demonstrated experience working in an effective team environment. A printing diploma or trade certificate will be well regarded.

Please note Heidelberg is relocating from Richmond to Notting Hill in October 2007.
