Our client is one of Sydney’s iconic signage companies, having been around for many years and having grown and evolved with various technologies – there’s nothing it can’t do in the signage space.
It has also developed a strong relationship with shopfitters and other specifiers in the retail/merchandising sector, dealing with many well-known, national household brands.

This Company is a genuine ”trade-based” signage company: no task is too big, or too complex for it to tackle, given its reliance on an extensive network of experienced contractors covering an extensive array of trades and skills.
This is where you come in. You’re the orchestra leader – the conductor – who organises, coordinates and manages these teams like worker ants, focusing and channeling their unique talents into a massive roll-out of new offices for a bank or insurance company or a fashion house.
It will require your exceptional time- and manpower-planning skills to marshall their talents, to be in the right place at the right time with the appropriate materials!
In this task, you’ll be ably assisted by their production Manager, as your skills (project coordination) will perfectly complement his (getting work out the door!).
It is vital, therefore, that both of you work well together in what is already a well-oiled, tight-knit team. Part of a ”family”, as the boss says.
You will have a strong hands-on signage/shopfitting background, with an excellent knowledge of materials, substrates, assembly/construction techniques.
You’ll also have a good understanding of costing and quoting experience – as well previous experience managing a workflow.
This is an exciting role, being a virtual ”traffic manager” of one of Sydney’s fastest-moving signage groups. 
Package is negotiable but is expected to exceed $70K for the right candidate.
