The team consists of five key staff: David Cooke, general manager; David Procter, national manager; Justin Turner, national sales manager; Brett Palmer, national product manager and Darrell John, national production analyst.

Growth within Konica Minolta prompted the creation of this team, whose duties will include coordinating all activities associated with its evolving market and promoting product and service offerings to customers.

“Our progress over the last 12 months has allowed us to create this new management team,” explained David Procter. “With this additional experience and support, we are able to continue managing the growth and continually improve our customers’ satisfaction.”

Putting the customer first is key to the company’s strategy, Brett Palmer said. “The focus of Konica Minolta globally has shifted over the last two years toward the production printing market. In line with this move, the creation of this strategic group will allow us to focus on the most important people in this market – the customer.”

The team of five is expected to expand with several new appointments planned for the months ahead.
