Ricoh’s Pro C900 takes home the BERTL ‘Five Star’ Exceptional Award.

Ricoh’s flagship production colour device, the Ricoh Pro C900, has been presented with BERTL’s ‘Five Star’ Exceptional award. This prestigious award is reserved for products that deliver an outstanding array of business-critical features which are easy to use, well-designed and represent exceptional return on investment. Evaluated across a number of key areas, the Ricoh Pro C900 was awarded five stars for its superior results in finishing, media handling, printing and image quality.

Put to the test against its competitors, BERTL recognised that the Ricoh Pro C900 excelled in speed, durability and its range of inline finishing options - ring bind, perfect bind, saddle stitching, multi-positioning stapling, hole punching and high capacity stacking. Exceptional mention was also given to image quality with 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution and performance consistency across both plain and coated paper stocks, adding strength to the recent Fogra VPS Ceritification received which produced equally positive results.

“We are extremely pleased to see that even under the rigorous testing metrics of BERTL, the Ricoh Pro C900 has performed consistently to deliver the great results that it was engineered for, and are excited to receive this award”, said Kathy Wilson, General Manager Production of Ricoh Australia. “It also augurs well for the newest member of the Pro C900 family, the Pro C720/C720S, which will be on display at Ipex,” she added.

Delivering colour and monochrome printing capabilities up to 90 pages per minute with uninterrupted productivity features, Ricoh’s Pro C900 has been helping organisations and print rooms around Australia produce faster, better and more efficiently, delivering positive across the board. “It’s been gratifying to see the Ricoh Pro C900’s specs and features translate to better bottom line results for our customers” added Wilson.
