NSW minister awards GAMAA students

Campbell’s presence added to the vigour of the presentation ceremony where he handed over graduation certificates to two of the scholars from the GAMAA Leadership Programme, denoting their success in securing support from GAMAA to undertake further study.

Franca Balsamo from Canon, and Rodney Williams from Creo, were presented with their scholarship certificates at the Australian Computer Society Foundation ceremony. The event also saw a number of other awards presented to students undertaking industry scholarships, funded by companies including IBM, Novell, IDC Communications and Computer Associates.

The Australian Computer Society Foundation administers the GAMAA Leadership Programme scholarship fund on behalf of the Association. GAMAA is currently calling for applications for its 2007 scholarships, visit www.gamaa.net.au for more information.
