Melbourne-based printer is one of three new Truepress Jet W3200UV-HS sales announced by Screen ahead of PrintEx next week.

The company joins with two New Zealand businesses that placed orders through exclusive dealer Fujifilm NZ, following trials and site inspections at the inaugural user, Flash Graphics in Sydney.

The identities of the  New Zealand customers is a closely guarded secret but will be announced closer to the installation dates. Fujifilm New Zealand technicians will undergo further factory training with manufacturer Inca Digital in the UK, on top of their existing knowledge as the worldwide distributor for the full range of Inca-branded machines.

Managing Director for Screen GP Australia, Peter Scott says: “The W3200UV-HS is really taking off. With every machine made at the factory pre-committed before it is completed. Well over thirty have been shipped globally and most of these are the High Speed 150 square metres per hour version.

“I’d like to congratulate Fujifilm New Zealand on its success and Melbourne’s Resolution Imaging on upgrading to the latest and best technology. A fifth W3200 is already in the country and will be exhibited at Visual Impact/PrintEx from May 13-15 on the Graphic Art Mart stand; our exclusive reseller in Australia.”

The Truepress Jet W3200UV-HS is built by Screen subsidiary Inca Digital in the UK.
