JUDGES NAMED FOR GREATEST WRAP COMP

The judges for Ball & Doggett's Who is Australia’s Greatest Wrapper competition have been confirmed, with industry leaders Matt Horne, Dan Sefton and Steve Warn set to run their eagle eyes over the entrants.

The competition is open to all registered Australian print, sign and display businesses, with the winner being able to attend Fespa Global Print Expo in Germany this May, with the even set to showcase the best in wrap design and installation from around the country.

Ball & Doggett said the three judges selected are all industry experts, with years of experience in the sign and display market, and whose expertise and knowledge of the industry will provide valuable insights and guidance for the contestants.

Judge: Dan Sefton

The first judge is Matt Horne, owner and director at Wrap Studio and renowned car wrap designer and installer. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects, and is an accredited Metamark and Avery Dennison Specialist Installer. His expertise in installation will ensure that the contestants' designs are visually appealing, practical and functional.

The second judge is Dan Sefton, international business development executive from Metamark UK, manufacturer of self-adhesive vinyl films for use in the sign-making, digital printing, and graphics industries. Sefton has been with the company for eight years, and has held various leadership positions within the company.

Judge: Steve Warn

The third judge is Steve Warn, national self-adhesive and transfer film manager for Ball & Doggett, with 30 years of experience in the industry. He owned his own business for ten years, then moved onto the sales side of the industry, supplying signage and hardware..

"Their expertise and knowledge of the industry will ensure that the competition is fair and objective, and that the contestants receive valuable feedback and guidance."
