According to Steven Southwell, national sales manager, the Snap Printing people ran out winners in the industry. Leading their 35 runners across the line, the front runner came at an astounding 47 minutes.

It’s no surprise really when you consider that leaders set the pace. Steven reckons "Snap likes to think that we have the fittest printing group in Australia. As an example, this December, our CEO Grant Vernon and coo Stephen Edwards will be competing in an ironman triathlon in WA. This race is a 3.8km swim, 180km ride followed by 42.2km run."

Among the teams he reckons they beat in the City 2 Surf were Andy Lamberts’ Fuji Xerox foot sloggers as well as the Ricoh Print Runners. Bouyed with success he issues the challenge; "Bring on 2008! Because once again, Snap will be ‘Sprinting’."

It’s a long and winding trail
On a different level of difficulty, spare a thought for the Océ four-person team getting stuck into this Friday’s Oxfam Trailwalker in Sydney, an endurance event billed as one of the toughest team challenges in the world. The teams attempt to complete a 100km trail within 48 hours.
Good luck guys.
