Victorian sign printer Smart Graphics and Signs has been placed into liquidation over an unpaid debt to the Australian Taxation Office.

Liquidator: Paul Langdon, Vince and Associates.

A court appointed Paul Langdon, of Vince and Associates, as liquidator on Friday following a petition by the ATO to wind up the Keysborough-based company. He was unavailable for comment.

Smart Graphics and Signs offered design, illustration and print services, including screen, canvas and offset printing. “Smart Graphics and Signs has been able to leverage its expertise in printing and know-how to offer quality and efficient print projects for all budgets of business. Our skilled printing technicians use the latest state of the art printing equipment in the industry, guaranteeing top quality and maximum efficiency,” said the company’s website.
