Supplier GJS has appointed Andrew Zeiss to the newly-created role of Victoria Sales and Support as it continues a national expansion strategy.

'Clear choice for the role': Andrew Zeiss, GJS Victoria Sales & Support

Zeiss has over 20 years’ experience in the print and signage industry and has worked in varied roles with some of the biggest brands in the market, including Roland, Mutoh, HP and Epson.

“Andrew will provide Victorian customers with locally-based support, sales and customer service,” said Greg Stone, MD, GJS. “Andrew’s experience assisting customers in Victoria in his previous roles makes him the perfect person to lead our southern-state expansion. His reputation in the industry also made him a clear choice for the role and we look forward to introducing him to our Victorian customers at our upcoming Roadshow events,” Greg added.

The appointment follows last year’s placement of a permanent sales and support staff member in Queensland and coincides with the 2016 GJS Roadshow that has been timed so attendees at the Victorian events will have the chance to meet Zeiss in person.

“The attendance at last year’s Roadshow events confirmed what we already knew, that we have an ever-expanding base of customers in the Garden State that are passionate about print,” said Stone. “This appointment is designed to provide our Victorian customers with locally-based support, and the personalised, and exceptional customer service that GJS has become famous for.”

GJS is leading provider of products and services to the textile, heat transfer, dye sublimation, direct to garment, digital solvent and screen printing industries. Established 38 years ago and headquartered in Revesby, GJS serves customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
