Centrum celebrates 20 year anniversary
Centrum Print is celebrating its 20th anniversary, with CEO Sandra Duarte saying the best is yet to come for the large format, packaging and special services operation.

Centrum changed its focus seven years ago, when it moved from its old Mascot site where it was in the commercial market, into its new Chipping Norton premises that was three times the size, and bought two large format KBA presses to specialise in large format packaging and POS for the trade.
Duarte said, “We are celebrating 20 amazing years of business. We have grown from a small family-owned printing company into one of Australasia's most sophisticated producers of quality printing and point of sale manufacturing.”
The vision of owners, Percy and Linda Vij, was to provide a bespoke manufacturing operation for Australian print businesses to use. Centrum has invested regularly in new equipment to support its operation. The company has also won a reputation as a champion of print to youth, regularly hosting school and youth groups at its factory, and presenting in schools.

Durate – who stepped up from general manager to become CEO in May last year – said, “We are still family-owned and dedicated to growing manufacturing in Australia. We support Australian people, Australian jobs, and especially, Australian youth, by providing pathways to careers within our organisation. Call us today and find out how we can work together to build our businesses.”
