Mezographic wraps delectable designs on food truck

Award-winning wide format digital printing supplier Mezographic has completed a vibrant, eye-catching vehicle wrap for The Dough Truck's Sladan Stankic, whose fleet of trucks have been operating at major events around Victoria for over a decade.

The Doughnuts and Coffee van is the second in the series of rewraps commissioned to Mezographic, which has been wrapping the company’s fleet of food trucks for the past 13 years. The Dough Truck's flagship model Crepes N Coffee was recently completed by Frank Mezo, director, and his team.

Sladan Stankic, owner of The Dough Truck says that Mezographic is his longest serving supplier, along with graphic designer, Red Tag, which creates all the wraps for the food trucks.

In the case of The Doughnuts and Coffee vinyl rewrap, Mezographic owner, Mezo says it took the sign department several days to install and laminate it, as surfaces had to be cleaned down and old graphics removed.

Stankic says the final product is stunning, and he has already commissioned Mezo and his team to work on the next series of rewraps, as he prepares for lockdowns to end and the event industry to reignite in the future.

“I have brought so many food trucks to Mezographic over the years, because they are so reliable,” says Stankic, who has been in the hospitality industry for 25 years, and has worked in the UK, on board vessels of the Norwegian Cruise Line; and was selected to be involved in start-up teams for New Builds, in Germany, United States and Hong Kong.

“Frank has so much integrity and he understands what we need to achieve, which is half the battle. One of his standout attributes is the fact that he doesn't see any job too small, and this has turned out so well for him and the team at Mezographic, as the potential of the food truck industry has grown rapidly over the years.”

Mezo is clearly proud of the work he and his team have done for Stankic. "The guys in our sign department always do fantastic installation work, and have learnt to be adaptable to achieve results," he says.

Family owned Mezographic has been operating in Melbourne since 1993, and has won several supplier awards over the years, including the Stream Solutions Supplier of the Year, for five years running.
