The move comes as Vista profits dipped by 50 per cent for the first half of the financial year, on revenue that was a tad higher than the previous first half at US$1.55bn.

Keane is now focusing on the small business print and marketing buyers, with its traditional consumer products feeling the pinch. Keane said Vista wants to be “the design and marketing partner for small businesses”.

However, Vista still believes in the consumer market, with segments such as promotional products, photo products and apparel performing strongly for the company, which in ANZ operates out of a highly specified plant in Deer Park, Victoria. Marcus Marchant is the local managing director of Vista.

Baumgartner has been with the company since 2019 and takes over today. Keane founded the Cimpress business in 1995 ago as a college project. Cimpress now owns a host of print businesses including The Print Group, The Print Brothers, Upload and Print among others.
