DSCOOP TO RUN FIRST ECO SUMMIT
HP Indigo user group Dscoop is hosting its first ever eco summit, with the event set for next month in Orlando, Florida, and including a visit to a local eco-friendly print business.
Dscoop says the event is dedicated to shaping a greener future for print, and “promises to empower printing professionals to embrace sustainability and make a real difference.”
It says there are three key reasons for attending; to learn how to calculate your carbon footprint, to tap into the sustainability advice of Dscoop peers, and to learn from a sustainable printing pioneer at the Sundance print visit.
Dscoop says that by embracing sustainable practices, the printing industry can play a pivotal role in shaping a more environmentally conscious and resource-efficient future. It says the Dscoop Eco Summit will empower printers to bridge the gap between intention and action, enabling them to implement sustainable initiatives within their business.
The Dscoop Eco Summit takes place 23-24 August in Orlando. Entry fee to the event is US$149. Click here to register.
