EPS APPOINTS VERTACHNIK AS PRINT CEO

The largest global software technology provider for the print industry, eProductivity Software (ePS), has appointed of Dan Vertachnik as CEO of Print ePS, the company’s manufacturing ERP business.

The company – which is  the largest global software technology provider for the print industry –  says Vertachnik’s appointment is a key step in continuing the execution of the company’s strategy to drive end-market-focus.

Under Vertachnik’s leadership, the Print ePS team will work to drive the company’s customer engagement model, enrich the level of industry partnerships, and further enhance Print ePS’ long-standing commitment to designing and deploying technology that empowers print companies of all sizes, globally. Current Print CEO Gabriel (Gaby) Matsliach will transition to the role of executive chairman of Print ePS and remain CEO of ePS Packaging.

Vertachnik joins ePS with a successful track record in executive leadership roles in technology, most recently serving as CEO of Twenty20 Solutions, Inc, a global provider of AI-enabled smart security and automation technology. 

Prior to Twenty20 Solutions, he served as COO of IQMS, a leading provider of manufacturing ERP, MES, and WMS software solutions.

Since becoming an independent global technology company at the end of 2021, ePS has been driving an end-market-focus strategy, that began with the formation of two distinct business units, Print ePS and ePS Packaging, created to “meet and exceed the requirements of print and packaging customers and the industry at large.” The company says this appointment further demonstrates the company’s strategic focus and commitment to the print market.

Vertachnik said, “My focus in leading Print ePS will be to build upon the company’s rich 30-year foundation and service to the print industry, and continue to deliver value to our customers. This will be achieved through continued innovation across the portfolio, expanding partnerships, executing on our M&A strategy, and ensuring the long-term growth and success of Print ePS.”

Vertachnik will be attending drupa 2024 and available at the ePS booth (hall 7A/EO3).
