Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia has appointed a new general manager for Channels, Rodney Thorne, to lead the growth of the business through indirect partnerships and key alliances across the country.

Thorne brings over 20 years’ experience in channel leadership and strategy, with responsibilities across the Australian and Asia Pacific regions.

Prior to this appointment, he was head of Asia Pacific and Japan, Routes to Market – MSSP, Distribution & SMB at Check Point Software Technologies, where he also served as country manager for Australia. This position followed his role as director of Asia Pacific Channels at Cybereason and director of Channel Sales, ANZ Partner & Alliances at F5 Networks.
