Participants will gain exclusive access to findings from the Annual Industry Metrics Report, which includes data across salary benchmarks, operational trends, customer demographics, and key financial metrics.

The events, supported by Ricoh, will also address pressing issues such as skills shortages, innovative practices, and the transformative impact of emerging technologies on the sector.

Kellie Northwood, CEO of the Visual Media Association will deliver the metrics, as well as a session across selling print in 2025. The Selling Print in 2025 session will explore consumer research across how Australians interact with print in a modern era.

“Earlier this year, our snapshot webinar provided a preview of the survey’s findings, sparking interest and robust discussions across the industry. The roadshow is the next step – bringing that information to life, empowering businesses to navigate challenges, and harnessing sales opportunities with real-time data,” commented Northwood.

She said, “Together, we represent the largest sovereign manufacturing employer in Australia. The insights shared through these metrics play a vital role in amplifying our collective voice and ensuring the future strength of our industry, while understanding the consumer research overlaid with the industry metrics assists members in building their sales strategies for 2025.”

The roadshows will take place at Ricoh showrooms across Australia, all running between 5-7pm, dates as follows:

>       Melbourne – February 18

>       Adelaide – February 19

>       Perth – February 20

>       Sydney – February 25

>       Brisbane – February 26

"We are honoured to collaborate with the Visual Media Association in its mission to uphold industry best practices through the annual metrics survey," stated Mark Moro, Ricoh Graphic Communications national sales manager. "Accurate and insightful data is crucial for businesses to seize opportunities and plan effectively for the future. We are eager to work alongside the Visual Media Association to help the industry unlock value and achieve their individual business goals successfully."

All participants at the Ricoh hosted events will receive a comprehensive copy of the 2025 Industry Metrics Report, and will benefit from networking opportunities with peers and industry leaders. Registration for the events is now open, and attendance is open to all members and industry.

“The Annual Industry Metrics Survey is more than just numbers – it’s about understanding where we are as an industry and paving a clear path forward. This initiative strengthens individual businesses while building a collective foundation for future success,” Northwood concluded.
