Kaur joins editor Wayne Robinson, senior journalist Jan Arreza, editor-at-large Patrick Howard, and publisher Lindy Hughson at Print21. Between them the team have been to numerous drupas, with seven each for Robinson and Howard, beginning in 1990.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Kaur’s journey to the world of media and communications began with her pursuit of a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wollongong. It was here that she nurtured her fascination for the power of storytelling and creative use of media.

Kaur moved to Sydney to pursue her master's degree in journalism and communications at the University of New South Wales.

Beyond her academic endeavours, Kaur is a professional Bhangra dancer – a traditional folk dance of Punjab – and has competed internationally.

As Kaur embarks on this new chapter with Print21, her diverse background promises to enrich the team. She said, “I am excited to be joining the voice of the industry, and look forward to working print businesses to tell their stories, and to bring them news of relevant developments.”

Lindy Hughson, publisher of Print21, said, “Print21 has been an incubator for young talent over the years. We are delighted to have Navan on the team, her academic prowess will translate well into the fast moving world of print.”
