PRIDE IN PRINT OPEN FOR ENTRIES
New Zealand’s premier industry awards programme is now open for entries, with the Pride in Print gala evening set for 4 July next year in Auckland.
Each sector of the industry is covered, with expert panels of judges analysing every entry. Judging is based on technical excellence in all facets of the production process, typography and good design, allowing specialists to make judgements based on the potential and the limits of processes, and the materials and equipment used.
In addition to celebrating print Pride in Print also has the Business Awards. These awards are intended to highlight the businesses that are driving the future of the industry. The Print Apprentice of the Year is always one of the most popular categories.
There are three categories - Sustainability, Wellness & Innovation, each of which are an important factor in the success of a business and the evolution of the industry, ensuring that print continues to have a great story to tell.
Some 33 judges from across all sectors of the industry will judge the Awards, with the winners announced on the night in the Cordis Hotel.
Entries must have been printed in New Zealand between 1 January and 31 December this year, and can be from any production process.
An official entry form must be completed either online or hardcopy for each entry submitted. An entry fee is payable per entry. For entries received before 31 January 2025 an early bird discount will apply. Send all entries to First Floor, 60 Wilkinson Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1060.
