Running over four days around Tet, the Vietnamese new year, the theme was "Hitting Top Gear: Don't Stop Us Now!" with the event focusing on people, process and passion as the company keeps to its goal to deliver label and packaging solutions across Asia Pacific.

The conference saw a team of more than 80 staff participating in workshops, keynote addresses, team-building activities, and networking within the group.

Keynote speakers were Dennis Choo from HP, Phil Kelly from Thrive Saigon, and Lindsay Nutley business enablement manager at QLM.

Companies taking part in the QLM conference included Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials (Cath Cornaggia & Bhupinder Singh, UPM Raflatac (Sim Bean Low) Ball & Doggett (Leigh Hooper), Spicers Australia (Napil Abdel), Siegwerk (Chau Thanh Vu) and HP (Yoav Lotan).
