REGISTRATIONS OPEN FOR ASGA BOOTCAMP
Registrations are now open for the Make it Happen Signage Bootcamp in Sydney, a full-day event presented by the Australia Sign and Graphic Association, and the Make it Happen Signage Consultancy.
Those who register are set to be the first in Australia to benefit from this “globally-renowned” programme, which will run on Monday 19 May at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. That’s the day before the PacPrint trade exhibition, which takes place at the same location.
The full-day Bootcamp promises to deliver new knowledge, practical, and is aimed at both new industry participants and seasoned professionals.
According to Asga “thousands” of businesses across the UK and the US have already benefited from these bootcamps, which are run by Samantha Armstrong from Make it Happen Signage Consultancy.
Asga says the intensive programme will provide “the perfect opportunity” for almost anyone involved in the signage industry to build knowledge and skills, enhance business, empower staff and improve relationships with clients.
“Whatever your role in our sector – business owners, sales professionals, estimators, project managers, graphic designers, marketing and planning officers or anyone, really – the Make it Happen Signage Bootcamp is a really valuable investment,” said Asga president, Mick Harrold.
He added, “The full-day Bootcamp will cover everything from products and materials, to the latest innovations to practical advice and strategies that will help you build your business success.
“There will be demonstrations, materials, hints, tips and great business advice, and with her engaging personality and style, Sam makes sure it’s not only educational and inspiring, but fun.”
“This is a great opportunity to be among the first in Australia to benefit from this globally recognised Bootcamp, and we are really looking forward to bringing Sam and this fantastic programme to Sydney,” said Harrold.
“I attended one of Sam’s Bootcamps in the US a couple of years ago, and came away with a huge amount of new knowledge and ideas,” he said.
The full-day Signage Bootcamp will run from 9-4pm on Monday 19 May, with Harrold saying further sessions may be added if demand dictates.
“We expect the interest in the Bootcamp to be high, so we have already floated the idea of additional sessions with Sam – and we’ll certainly try to make the most of her visit and expand the programme if the interest is there,” he said.
Those who do make their way to Sydney for the Bootcamp can also get extra value from their trip by staying on for PacPrint 2025 and the Visual Impact Expo, which will run from Tuesday 20 to Friday 23 May at the same venue.
The cost of the Bootcamp is $950, however Asga Members can register for $850. Those who get in soon can save more with Early Bird savings.
“This is a great opportunity to be among the first in Australia to benefit from this globally recognised Bootcamp, and we are really looking forward to bringing Sam and this fantastic programme to Sydney,” said Harrold.
