We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager for Conventional Consumables to join our sales team in Victoria. This role focuses on maintaining and growing our ink and consumables sales within the lithographic printing market across Melbourne.

Our comprehensive range of equipment, consumables, and support services enables us to offer fully integrated print solutions to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to manage existing customer relationships while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert customers from competitors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
- Perform ink trials and assist with technical troubleshooting.
- Conduct demonstrations for customers at our demo centres.
- Support stock forecasting and ordering processes.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager to drive growth in the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven sales experience in the printing industry (5+ years preferred).
- A strong understanding of the lithographic printing process.
- Experience selling ink and consumables (highly advantageous).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
- The ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Intermediate computer skills and attention to detail.
- An existing network of customers in the Victorian printing market (advantageous).
