PRINT LOUNGE ORDERS TAU LED

The Print Lounge has ordered New Zealand's first Durst Tau RSC 340 E LED label press, with Steve Sheppard placing the order through local supplier Aarque.

The new press is being supplied through Durst partner, Aarque Group, with Graham Blackall on the Durst stand at the Brussels expo to help steer the deal through.

Family-owned Print Lounge has been operating since 2000, and runs a range of equipment at its Rosedale facility, producing the full gamut of print, with an online service.

The Durst Tau RSC 340 E LED prints at 1200dpi. The press for Print Lounge has the new HawkEye auto inspect and correct software. The LED inks reduce energy consumption, and says Durst, provide a wider colour space.
