Leading industry supplier Australian Visual Solutions (AVS) has been forced to relocate to a larger factory in Hobart to cope with increased business.
“This is a great step forward for the Tasmanian market,” said managing director Cameron Sutherland. “The factory is larger and will enable us to hold more stock and service our customer’s needs with an increased turnaround.”
AVS has been operating out of its current warehouse at Sunderland Street in Moonah, a suburb of Hobart, since 2007 but has outgrown the facility. The company has purchased a bigger factory nearby in Moonah and the relocation process will happen over the Christmas break. The new warehouse is scheduled to reopen by January 1st, 2016.
“Throughout this transition, Tasmanian customer orders will not be affected,” said Sutherland. “All Tasmanian customers will be notified of an exact relocation date in the coming months and AVS looks forward to celebrating at the Grand Opening in January 2016.” Customers are encouraged to contact Territory Manager Rob Smith on 0429 866 172 or Warehouse Manager Daniel Quarrell on 03 6228 1155 for details.
AVS is an Australian owned and operated sign writing supplies business with a national distribution network that has been operating in the Australian market for 20 years.
The company recently launched a new division called Australian Visual Hardware, which is the exclusive Australian distributer of Flora wide format Flat Bed Printers.
