Adrian Fleming, former Kodak MD for Australia and New Zealand, has joined print MIS developer IQ Australia as its new sales director.
“The company culture and style is fantastic and I believe we are well positioned to become a major player in this market globally,” said Fleming, who made the move after 14 years with Kodak and will be based in Melbourne.
“My most recent role at Kodak had me travelling 90 per cent of the time and I wanted to re-connect with the local market, so the idea of working with a local company like IQ was attractive.
“IQ is a fantastic piece of software and does so much more than the rest of the traditional MIS software on the market. The customer base has really grown, especially since Printex, and new opportunities are opening up in North America and Asia,” he said.
“We are excited to have Adrian on board,” said Anthony Lew, IQ CEO. “He brings with him a wealth of experience and relationships from his time working across the globe. This is a natural result of our business growing at a rapid rate and needing to expand. The feedback from the market so far has been exceedingly positive.”
The role is tailor-made for Fleming, according to director and product development manager, Mick Rowan, “I've worked with many people over the years but there's only been a handful that I’d like to go into business with. Adrian is one of those people and with the opportunities that lie ahead, I couldn’t think of anyone better suited to help us succeed.”
