Konica Minolta to sell EFI MarketDirect in Australia
Konica Minolta will bring the EFI MarketDirect cloud based multi-channel campaign management, web-to-print and online job procurement software to Australia.
According to EFI the platform’s two advanced, cloud-based components, EFI MarketDirect Cross Media and MarketDirect StoreFront, give print and marketing service providers tools to ensure optimum productivity. The products also simplify the online interaction process between users and the print and marketing campaign clients they serve.
The company says that "MarketDirect Cross Media’s robust customer engagement platform gives users the ability to develop, distribute and track customer communications for loyalty programmes, offers, newsletters, surveys and communications rapidly and with ease. The software includes next-generation technologies to deliver comprehensive cross-media marketing applications for lead generation, new customer acquisition, and prospecting."
The software is available as a standalone application or alongside EFI MarketDirect StoreFront – an award-winning web-to-print solution that gives users the ability to plan, manage and execute complex print and cross-media marketing programmes.
