Michael Warshall, executive director of Nulab, has retired after 45 years in the industry, and has sold his company to Victorian digital photo printer HC Pro.
Warshall made the announcement in an email to customers.
2017 was an epic year for Nulab. We took out many major awards for our printing from around the world, including the coveted Benny from USA.
After 45 years in the business, I decided to semi retire to spend more time with Barb and the family. I have sold Nulab to HC Pro in Horsham. It was a difficult decision as I had to let go of my fantastic staff, who were the backbone of the company.
Anthony Schroeder will be back and together with Munier Schilling they will take care of all customer service issues, the email read.
Our operation will shift to Horsham over the Christmas break, and then business as usual.
I will continue to be involved as Director of Innovation for some time to make sure that this is a smooth transition.
