The remaining presses and finishing equipment at Perth's Pilpel Print go under the auctioneer's hammer next Tuesday 10th October.
Pilpel Print is closing down after 89 years of faithful service to Western Australia’s business community. “It’s not a liquidation or administration,” said MD Geoff Pilpel. “We have successfully sold Pilpel Print and sister company Print Finishing Line and jobs have been transferred.” The buyer is well-known WA company, Advance Press.
Inspections are welcome between 8am and 4pm until this Friday October 7th, at 148 Beaufort Street, Perth 6000. All of Pilpel's office and warehouse gear is also up for sale.

Joshua Pilpel founded Pilpel Print in 1927. As a Western Australian printing pioneer, Pilpel Print set the standard for printing services in Perth. The company grew to become an industry leader in the delivery of Offset, Letterpress and later Digital printing, and became one of the state’s most-awarded printing firms under Joshua’s son Richard (Dick) Pilpel, Geoff’s father, and then Geoff himself.
