Family-owned commercial printer Print & Mail, based at Marrickville in Sydney’s inner west, has closed its doors after 25 years and gone into liquidation.
A meeting of the owners held on Tuesday, April 11 decided to wind up the company and appointed liquidators Steve Naidenov and David Iannuzzi from Veritas Advisory.
Managing director and co-owner Jenny Germinarios has been unavailable for comment.
Print & Mail Pty Ltd., located at 23-25 Meeks Road in Marrickville South, was a commercial printing business with a range of services including ‘conventional and digital printing.’
An online business directory says the company employed about eight staff members and generated an estimated annual revenue of $1.7 million.
“Father being a printer by trade, I decided to follow in his footsteps and pursue my career in the printing industry,” Germinarios says in a LinkedIn profile.

The date of the first creditors' meeting is expected to be announced shortly.
