Rasmussen looking for print businesses
Print business broker Richard Rasmussen is looking for businesses to sell, with just three currently on his books.
The well known industry identity who runs Ascent Partners has sold several print businesses recently, but is on the lookout for more. He says, “Having sold a few businesses of late – some off the market – we now have only three businesses listed. More are required."
The three that are listed include Davis and Jenkins, the country's premier knife importer and grinder; a label printer in Victoria; and a Queensland based B2 full service offset, digital, and wide format provider.
Rasmussen said, “We also have a new acquisition assignment for a client. We are seeking a Sydney-based label printer as a going concern, with a $2m or more turnover.”
The company has, though, replenished its pre-loved print production equipment for sale. Rasmussen said, “We have listed 18 new machines in the past four weeks – including a Polar 137 system; Eterna 1620 die-cutter; digital finishing; laminators; wide format; pile turner; and a digital press.”
