PAKKO LAUNCHES INSTANT QUOTE SYSTEM
Recent Telstra Best of Business Awards winner Pakko has created its New Quote System for immediate access to packaging order quotes, aiming to bring back work currently going overseas.
The Pakko New Quote System allows its customers to design and order custom packaging online. Designed to deliver across multiple levels of business productivity and efficiency, the Interactive Design Platform system provides an immediate quote, directly to a customer’s inbox.
To generate an immediate quote for a packaging order, customers head to the company’s website and then follow the prompts to enter information including box types, flutes, board colours, printing options and finishes, along with personal details.
Pakko's CEO and founder Nina Nguyen, said, “The Pakko New Quote System was designed by our team to enhance efficiency, speed and supply for business owners all around Australia. It is pre-programmed with the logics and algorithms specific to the machinery, the materials and all the cardboard production options available at Pakko,” explaining that the system is created it to be an instant quote calculator, and provides Pakko customers with an indicative quote.
“Based on customer input, our new Pakko quote system will filter out each specific customer requirement by showing box types, flutes, board colours, printing options and finishes. When the selection is submitted, the system automatically generates an indicative quote that is sent to the customer’s inbox immediately.”
“There is no waiting for a quote – businesses can decide immediately on the packaging design and style they need, place an order and have it delivered to their business, anywhere in Australia within 10 -12 days,” she added, pointing out that the speed of the new quote system allows business owners to make decisions without impairing their budget or approval processes.
“This means businesses can place an order sooner and receive that order faster – all helping to increase their overall efficiency,” said Nguyen.
Once all the information is submitted, it only takes a few minutes for an "immediate and indicative" pricing quote to be delivered to the customer's inbox.
“Pakko began out of a passion for Australian Made, because importing cardboard packaging was not a viable solution for Australian businesses, and we sought to positively impact the manufacturing in Australia,” said Nguyen.
“It just does not make sense for Australian business owners to place packaging orders overseas, and deal with language barriers, pricing fluctuations and delivery times of up to eight weeks.
“By designing and manufacturing cardboard packaging in Australia allows Pakko to personally connect with our customers.
“We can tailor boxes and packaging to suit the needs of every business we work with because we understand what Australian businesses need, we know the regulations and specifications and most importantly, being based in Australia, we can build relationships with the people we work with," she said.
“While we may not have the answer for the global supply chain crisis; we do have a solution for business efficiency. By producing and manufacturing locally, we can deliver faster and more effective results for business.
"Australian manufacturers like our team at Pakko have the capacity to deliver cardboard packaging orders ranging in quantity from one box to one million boxes in the space of just 10 to 12 days. It makes good business sense to support Australian manufacturing, our communities benefit from the employment opportunities, consumers enjoy faster delivery and businesses owners can increase their own productivity and speed to market," Nguyen added.
Queensland-based Pakko is an Australian owned and operated business which employees 24 staff, and creates boxes for businesses, trade and government enterprises across the country.
