The Australian Sign & Graphic Association (Asga) is running a free business boost workshop later this month, which it says will provide instant benefits to those who take part.

According to Asga, the ‘no-nonsense, honest, and straight-to-the-point advice will provide instant learnings you can take away and implement easily and immediately.’

The association has teamed up with Business Benchmark Group to produce this workshop, scheduled for 23 March.

It says that for sign and graphics at all stages of their business, this workshop will set milestones, monitor progress and achieve actual results for sustainable, ongoing growth.

Asga says with pressure on small business owners to keep up with product demands, logistic challenges, wages, and rising business costs continues to mount, and at least two more interest rate rises forecast soon, the business seminar will be an opportune event.

It describes Business Benchmark Group as formidable authority having coached many signage and construction business owners to build a more profitable and sustainable trade business. Stefan Kazakis will share his expertise in how to navigate through the inflationary economy with no ‘money down’, and ‘build a benchmark business whilst your competition is struggling.’

Asga says at the workshop participants will learn the three most important ‘growth-hack’ activities for 2023, will get to understand which of your jobs are profitable and how to win more of them, how to get off the tools so you can work on growing your business, and how to recruit and lead the team you need.
