Bokay and Expo merge to form ExBo Visual
WA sign and print businesses, Bokay Signage and Expo Group, are merging to form a new brand, ExBo Visual, which will continue as part of the growing Jason Signmakers Group.
Both businesses joined John Mancini’s Jason Signmakers two years ago. Mancini took Expo out of administration, saving all the jobs at Ron Eacott's stricken business, and he bought Bokay from founders and owners Bob and Kay Meade.
It was always the plan to merge the two brands under Jason Signmakers. They have a combined history in the print and signage industry of nearly 120 years.
From 12 April the trading name became ExBo Visual, in a nod to the history of both Expo Group and Bokay Signage, and what they meant to the print and signage industry in WA.
The company also has a new website under development, which it says will have some great functions for easy quoting. It is also working on merging business systems, and improving the customer experience. It expects these changes to be rolled out by July.
