EPSON OFFERS 7 YEAR PROTECTION

Epson is offering users of its SureColor S-Series signage printer a seven year CoverPlus extended protection, service and support programme, in what it says is an industry first.

Epson says the new CoverPlus year six and year seven provide a way to extend the length of protection beyond the limited warranty, for up to seven years of continuous coverage, whilst still enjoying the "premium level service and support".

The enhanced durability of Epson signage printers enables machines to be operated for longer than has been traditionally possible. The new extended CoverPlus with its additional two years – making seven years in total – ensures owners can continue to operate their equipment with comprehensive cover for reduced risk and greater control over operational costs. Epson says it is the first printer manufacturer to offer a seven year deal.

Epson has a range of purchase timing options for the new CoverPlus year six and seven, and the new programme applies to the full S-Series range – the SureColor S40600, S60600, S80600, S60660L and S80660L.

To qualify for the new 7-year CoverPlus package the printer must be registered to a valid Epson Cloud Solution Port account. The year six and seven on-site Epson CoverPlus protection is then available subject to approval by Epson.

If Epson is unable to repair a product during the sixth or seventh CoverPlus year, the customer will be entitled to full refund of the purchase price of the applicable year(s) of CoverPlus.
