FESPA HOSTS FUTURE LEADERS

The first Fespa Future Leaders conference saw a dozen industry people take part in the two-day event in Sydney, which was specially designed for them.

Launched at PacPrint, the programme received applications from 40 print professionals, who were then whittled down to the lucky dozen chosen to take part in the event.

Speaking at a drinks reception for the future leaders David Asker, CEO of Image Box, and vice president of Fespa ANZ, said, “It is a great event, and thanks to Fespa and the sponsors we are investing in the future of the industry.”

He said, “The local Fespa board came up with the concept, we workshopped the idea and came up with the two day conference, which has proved successful. It was not easy to choose the 12 from all the applicants, who all submitted outstanding applications.”
